Fossil Dig is a free, browser-based match-3 puzzle game. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle (or rather, how we do not handle) information when you play Fossil Dig.

Fossil Dig is designed to be played without any account, registration, or personal data submission. We do not collect:

Device identifiers used for cross-site tracking
Payment information (the game is entirely free)

3 Local Storage

Fossil Dig saves your game progress (high score, current level, and star count) using your browser's localStorage. This data:

Stays entirely on your device
Is never transmitted to any server
Can be cleared at any time via your browser settings

In short: your score lives on your device. We never see it, and neither does anyone else.

4 Third-Party Services

Fossil Dig loads web fonts from Google Fonts to display the Cardo and Barlow typefaces. This request may expose your IP address to Google's servers in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are used.

5 Children's Privacy

Fossil Dig is rated Everyone and is suitable for players of all ages. Because we do not collect personal information from any user, no special measures are needed to protect children's data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children or adults alike.

Fossil Dig does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. The only browser storage used is localStorage for game progress, as described above.
